My mother had lived in her condo for over 20 years, and she did not remodel it when she moved in, so the place was beyond outdated, and in pretty rough shape. The team came in and transformed it into what can only be described as a modern miracle. The results were completely unrecognizable, in the best possible way, without breaking the bank. They considered our goals, and what we could realistically get for the place, and helped us make all the "smart" investments. They also worked well with the other contractors that were needed to complete the work. They were super flexible when our buyers kept pushing their closing date back, and helped us keep our options open. I cannot say enough good things about working with them!
